Shanna & Chad - Part 2

| As I mentioned in Saturday's post, Shanna & Chad's wedding this weekend was incredible! I couldn't help but show you more of my favorites from the day.

Shanna & Chad - Part 1

| It's April 26th and we woke up to snow on the ground! Despite the chilly weather and white flakes falling from the sky, Shanna and Chad's wedding was absolutely perfect. The wedding was incredibly gorgeous and everyone was so relaxed and beaming the entire day! It was amazing to capture and I'm so thankful to have been a part of the day. Thank you Shanna & Chad - I'm so blessed to have met you!

I think I need this...

| I just ran across this product and I think it's hilarious...and I think I need it. Ever since birth, I believe, I have had the HARDEST time getting up in the morning. I do rise quite early, but sitting up in bed and planting my feet on the floor is always one of the hardest tasks of each day. I am constantly changing the tune of the alarm on my Iphone - one day it's a harp, the next day it's a dog barking (strange, I know). I like to keep things fresh. :) I am also a big fan of the snooze button, as I'm sure 99% of the population is.
So, here's the perfect solution! An alarm clock that leaps off of your nightstand and runs around your room so that you're FORCED to get up and and catch it! Brilliant I tell you! It's called a clocky and if you're interested in it, you can check it out here: www.clocky.net |

| I didn't have to venture far for these photos - they are right in my backyard! This is the first spring at our new house so everything that blooms is a pleasant surprise! |

Sunny Sunday

| I really wanted to get out and shoot today, but doing the big "spring clean-up" took a bit longer than expected on this gorgeous, warm, sunny day. The crazy thing is that we are only about half done! Oh, the joys of home ownership! :) I must say though, it was nice being outside all day.
I'm really looking forward to next weekend - I am photographing Shanna & Chad's wedding and I can't wait! They are getting married at Northwestern College - one of my favorite churches to photograph in! Stay tuned! :) |
