| This weekend I had the opportunity to photograph our good friends Ryan, Erin and their daughter Lauren and it was just the best. :) Lauren is 1-year old now and one of the happiest little girls I have ever been around. Her smile just melts my heart! |

Sophia

| Have I mentioned before that I just LOVE when my wedding clients have babies!? :) I photographed Anna and Darin's wedding about 2 1/2 years ago and I was more than excited to meet the new addition to their little family! Three-week-old Sophia was quite the little model and as far as I could tell, she loved having her picture taken! I think it had something to do with the "clicking" sound. (Anna & Darin, you may need to invest in a pro camera now!) :) I could have photographed her all day (and I think she would have let me)!

30 weeks

| OK, OK...I'm giving in and posting a photo of myself for all of you curious cats. :) Much to my surprise, the past 30 weeks have flown by and now here we are just 10 (or 8...or 12) weeks away from meeting our baby boy. I can't wait to see the little peanut who's been squirming around CONSTANTLY since week 17. :)

Madelyn

| I have been so excited for the arrival of little Madelyn and couldn't wait to photograph her this weekend! She's just a peanut at a mere 3-weeks-old and the most precious little girl! I photographed her parent's wedding in 2008 and her aunt & uncle's wedding this winter and I can't stress enough how much I LOVE working with this family!! We've become friends over the years and I look forward to capturing many more milestones for them in the future.
Enough chit-chat though - here's the new star of the show! :) I was so impressed with how many tricks Jamie & Jeff had up their sleeves to keep Madelyn calm. I may be calling them in May for tips!! :) For these first two photos Jamie had a hair dryer on. It was MAGICAL. |
